09:30    Doors open for exhibitors
12:00  Event commences, lunch service begins
12:30  Official Opening
14:00 Event concludes


Event Registration includes:

  • Table with tablecloth
  • Two chairs
  • Business name banner (black and white)

Any additional theming and styling is at the exhibitor’s own expense. Recommended theming/styling services include:

Adelaide Expo Hire 
Jaks Hire and Events
White Marquee       

Prize draws, giveaways, food and/or wine tastings are all permitted.


All deliveries should be via the Loading Dock, Adelaide Oval. Please enter off War Memorial Drive, see attached Courier Delivery information. Each item must have a Delivery Docket secured to it.

Car Parking

Exhibitors are recommended to park in the Wilson North Car Park, accessed from Pennington Terrace. A special function rate of $17.00 per car can be offered (subject to change). Please ensure your ticket is validated before you leave the function room to receive this rate.

An invoice will be sent out shortly and must be paid by 15th September to guarantee an exhibitor booth.
