Lot Fourteen
The innovation district has government investment of AUS$753 million to develop an innovation district with a curated, collaborative startup, research and business ecosystem dedicated to driving productivity and solving complex global challenges.
Already supporting employment of 1,800+ people across over 150+ organisations, the community will grow to a workforce of 6,000+ researchers, entrepreneurs and innovators, when the development is complete.
By 2028, it is planned that approximately 70 per cent of the 7-hectare district will be returned to publicly accessible space, showcasing culture, technology, events, public art and open parks and spaces at Lot Fourteen.
