If you or your colleagues are not getting our emails here are some ways to solve this:

 

  1. Check your spam folder.  If it is there, move it to your primary inbox.
  2. Check your promotions folder (Gmail users).  If it is in there, drag it to your primary inbox.
  3. Add our email address to your safe sender list or contact list.
  4. Reply to our email and your mail provider will likely tag us as a safe sender.
